Cal-Va Dairy

My cousin Keri and her husband Scott have had an old mini Divco milk truck from the family dairy for quite a few years. They finally decided to have it restored. They wrote to American Restoration, a show on the History channel and were invited to bring the truck in. Chase was very excited to have a "famous family member"on television. 

California Trip June 2015

We had a great trip to CA.  The first place we visited was Glen Oak. This is a great place to go in the fall. We love to go pick apples in the orchards and then cut pumpkins right off the vines. Even though it was the middle of June and there wasn't any fruit to pick it was still beautiful. 

 We also spent a day at Knott's Berry Farm. They whole day I felt like I was betraying Disneyland, my favorite place but Chase had never been to Knott's so we thought we should go.  

 Finally, the reason we went to CA in the first place.  My cousin, Katie's Wedding. 

Aquarium of the Pacific

Day two of our vacation was spent at the Aquarium of the Pacific. We checked out all the sea life and even got a behind the scenes tour. We were all able to feed the tropical fish in one of their large tanks. It was awesome. 

Catching Up

Well hello everyone. I'm going to play a little catch up here on my blog. Our computer was out of commission but we are up and running once again. I will try to make this as short and sweet as I can. 

The start of October was awesome! We had some very special visitors come stay with us for a whole week. We hit all the popular places and had a lot of Halloween fun.

We took a quick day trip to Zion National Park and followed it up with a day trip to Silver Reef.  Two days of awesome adventures.

Finally we took a trip to the Pumpkin Patch/Farm. One of my favorite places in town. 

It never disappoints. 

Devon's Baby Shower

We had a great time visiting cousin's this weekend. Most of the time was spent in the pool.

We had a difficult time convincing these three to even get out.  Their lips turned a nice shade of blue.

The real reason we headed to California was to attend my cousin Devon's Baby shower. 

She is going to have a little boy. Congrats Jesse and Devon. The kids wanted 

to get dressed up so I had to take as many pictures as possible. 

Kelli  made the cake and Erin and Heather (cousins) did a great job on everything else. It was a great party. 

Indiana Jones

The Discovery Science museum in Santa Ana was having an exhibit on Indiana Jones and archeology. Since I have a huge crush on Indiana Jones we had to go.

They had a ton of movie props and costumes from all four movies...

and of course everything was interactive. The headset was programed to send you on your own archeology adventure. You searched the exhibit for clues that lead you to find your own artifact.

We all had a blast!

Chuck E Cheese

Disneyland was super busy because of spring break so we headed out early. We weren't quit ready for the fun to end so we surprised Chase with Chuck E Cheese for dinner. We figured the last time he was there he wasn't even two yet.

Disneyland Fun

A trip to California is never complete with out a Disneyland visit. We always have a great time!

We spent most of our time at California Adventure, I love the new look and Carsland is awesome.

We always have to find our stone. We had one made when Ryan and I got married in 2005. It's still there!
