Geocaching

 We have a new fun activity that we have started this summer. It's called Geocaching. It's an app on your phone that sends you on a mini treasure hunt just about everywhere you go. 

So far we  have found four around our town. You follow the GPS and 

find log books or small treasures. You usually find them around town or in peoples 

yards but occasionally you find them on dirt road with awesome views. 

Summer Fun W/Cousin Alyssa

Just a little bowling and laser tag to keep busy and stay out of the 106 degree weather.

Zion Mountain Ranch

The Zion Mountain Ranch is about an hour drive from our house through Zion National Park. We headed up there around 2 o'clock in the afternoon and had plenty of time to eat and walk around and see the animals. The land has been turned into a buffalo sanctuary and there are about 60 buffalo roaming free. They were very tame though and walked right up the fence to get a drink and let us snap a ton of pictures.  It was a nice afternoon.

Veyo Pool

We had a blast hanging out at the Veyo pool, swimming and catching craw dads. What a beautiful place, tucked back in the mountains.

California Trip June 2015

We had a great trip to CA.  The first place we visited was Glen Oak. This is a great place to go in the fall. We love to go pick apples in the orchards and then cut pumpkins right off the vines. Even though it was the middle of June and there wasn't any fruit to pick it was still beautiful. 

 We also spent a day at Knott's Berry Farm. They whole day I felt like I was betraying Disneyland, my favorite place but Chase had never been to Knott's so we thought we should go.  

 Finally, the reason we went to CA in the first place.  My cousin, Katie's Wedding.
