Teacher Appreciation Gift

Teacher Appreciation Day is coming up in about a week. We are ready! I made this for Chase's teacher Mrs. Johnson. I hope she likes it.

We just purchased a gift card and they added the box for free. What do you guys think?

 

 



Ant Farm

Chase is now the official owner of his very own Ant Farm!

Not quite sure why I agreed to this!

 

Roos-N-More Zoo

There is a little Zoo located about an hour an a half from our house that is so much fun! It is called Roos-N-More. It is basically someones house. Two zoo vets have raised exotic animals in their yard.

The best part is that it is a hands on educational experience! You can hold our touch most of the animals.

Chase did great! At first I didn't expect him to touch anything but he proved me wrong.

He even held an Armadillo.

My favorite part was the otter encounter. You actually walk into their cage and sit down with them. They are very curious animals, the otters were crawling in and out of peoples shirts and stealing things out of pockets and even hair clips!

For some crazy reason they loved my jeans! These two followed me around for a little while pulling on my pants and sitting on my shoes!

They were so cute! I can't wait till we go back. Next time we will have to go to the Kangaroo encounter!
