Leprechaun Trap 2015
The little man made another trap this year to catch a leprechaun. Once the leprechaun falls through the hole in the paper Chase is hoping the leprechaun's feet will get stuck in the sand in the cup. Then it's all about the gold.

St. Pattys Day Fun
We set up the Leprechaun trap last night just in case one stopped by. We really wanted to get his pot of gold.
Chase even left a few Lucky Charms out for him.
We didn't have any luck. The Leprechaun got away but he did leave some green treats.
Even though he had to wear a uniform to school today he still had to wear his green.

Leprechaun Trap
We are ready to catch our Leprechaun this year! Bring on the Gold!
The Leprechaun stopped by last night! We missed him again.
Those sneaky little guys are so hard to catch.
He somehow turned our milk green this year!

No Pinching
Chase was exteremly excited this year for St. Patrick's Day. He was set on building a leprachaum trap with Grandpa. Infact he insisted he paint it himself. They decided they would make a figure four trap. Grandpa told us that my uncle and him would catch cats in them when they were younger so we thought it would be perfect for a leprechaun.
Then we had to add a treat for the leprechaun to lure him into the trap! Of course we used Lucky Charms!
All set up and ready to go... early the next morning we found the trap like this.
and a can of green hair spray in the bathroom. WHAT COULD THIS BE FOR?
Hehehe, that crazy little leprechaun.

St. Patrick's Day
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! We had such a great time this year! Chase was very excited, he wanted to catch a Leprechaun! We started our day off with Grandma making green pancakes and drinking some green milk YUM!
Grandma and Grandpa even helped him make a trap to catch the Leprechaun. When I got home from work we started on the bait for the trap! Rainbow Cupcakes, here is the link to the recipe.
I love this recipe, it is so easy. The cupcakes taste great and they are so colorful. The only complaint I have is the six bowls I had to wash when I was done.
Chase had no complaints.
Here is the trap ready for the Leprechaun.
We will have to see how long Chase will wait.
