It's Fair Time
Our County Fair is about half 1/4th the size of the Orange County Fair but it still has all the important parts! Like yummy corn on the cob! Not to mention the Navajo Taco Ryan is eating.
Our local police department was especially nice to us on the night we visited the fair. They walked up to us and handed us a pack of tickets for the rides! Yay, saved us some money! Did I mention Chase wants to be a policeman for Halloween!
Chase also got to ride on his first roller coaster with a girl, besides his mommy of course. These two had a great time on the ride!
He also won his first prize all by himself! Swish!!! His daddy was so proud. However he wasn't so impressed with the backboard! Go SPURS!
I'd have to say we had a pretty good time together at the fair!
We had one tired little man, he didn't get up until ten the next morning!

Results!!!
The voting is officially over! The Results are in! We had 102 votes total and 79% percent of you want us to go with the surfer look for Chase's hair, that is 81 votes! There were only 21% or 21 votes to cut his hair! I am going to have to fight the urge to cut Chase's hair he has natural curl like I do! As soon as it gets long enough I will post follow up pictures for everyone to see! Thanks for all your voting! I hope you thought it was as much fun as we did! We will have to think of something else for our friends and family to vote on soon!

Ancient Life Museum
On the way home Tuesday, we stopped by Thanksgiving Point, we had heard that they had more Dinosaurs stuff there! The Ancient Life Museum! O'boy more Dinosaur stuff!
Where did the Dinosaurs live? Just push the button and a light showed up on the map!
This scale weighed you and then told you which dinosaur you where closest to!
Chase was one of the ity bity Dinosaurs, he only weights 32 pounds.
This was the skeleton of a Brachiosaurus.
It stretched from one side of the building all the way to the other side.
We also decided to take in a 3D movie!
He looked cute in these glasses but he only lasted about 15 min in the movie! He started crying, Dinosaurs are kinda scary sometimes!
Our trip to Thanksgiving Point was awesome but I recommend you don't go on Tuesdays in August. It's two dollar Tuesdays and the place was packed. (Disneyland Packed!) We just happened to go on the first Tuesday of the month on our way home! Next time we will pay the 8$ on a Wednesday!

Discovery Gateway Children's Museum
Down Town has a great Children's museum. We could have spent all day there! My mom and sister actually left us to go shopping, they weren't into the playing as much as Chase! The first stop Chase made was at the water center!!! It was awesome! He spent at least 45min here. I have never seen him play with one thing for this long. He usually is all over the place! They had tons of water toys, fountains, damns and water ways for the kids to play with!
He was drenched by the end!
They also had this construction Zone!
We spent a lot of time here to! I love the giant blocks that the kids could build with!
On the roof was a Intermountain Health care Helicopter for the kids to climb in!
There was even a watch tower with a speaker for the kids to communicate! Fun,Fun,Fun!
There where so many other areas that the kids could play in to! We only hit about three and we spent close to three hours there. Like I said before; we could have spent all day in this place. So Much Fun!

George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park
If you don't know already, Dinosaurs are Chase's favorite thing. He knows more about them than I do.
So the second thing on our list was to take him to the Dinosaur Park in Ogden. The first thing we found when we got there was this mystery trail. Will we find any dinosaurs?
Let's be extra quiet just in case there are dinos we want to make it back home!
We brought some equipment with us, we are always prepared for a good dinosaur hunt!
Must be on the right track, we found some foot prints in the concrete. Wow this one is big! Look at the size of his foot!
Let's stop and take a break, we can look for some fossils in this sand. I wonder if we will find anything?
Oh My Goodness!!! Look what Chase dug up! Amazeing!
Wait, what was that noise? Did you hear anything Chase? Let's go see what it was.
We found a Triceratops!!!
We also found a Giganotosaurus! Run!!!
Wow, that was an adventure! We barely made it out of there alive.
Hogle Zoo
We took a quick two day trip up to Salt Lake City this week to see what trouble we could get into. We hit the Zoo, Dinosaur Park, three Malls and Thanksgiving point. We also found The Cheese Cake Factory and the Old Spaghetti Factory, YUM. First on our list was the Hogle Zoo. Chase loves animals! Here he is checking out the map! Which animal should we go see first?
Riding around on the train! Choo Choo
This owl was beautiful! It's eyes looked like they where glowing! It's also the type of owl they use in the Harry Potter movies.
Chase wanted to make a donation just to have the bird take it out of his hand.
We also had to check out the Monkeys and Gorillas. I'm not to sure he liked them. All he said was "They smell bad" which they did!
Checking out the Giraffes
The safest way to look at a skunk.
We had an awesome time at the Zoo. The four hour drive was worth it!
