Today at school there was a surprise waiting for the kids when they arrived! I didn't even know about it so I had to run home and get my camera. A fire safety program was there to talk to the children about what to do if there is a fire in your home!!! They also talked about calling 911. I wonder how many of the kids will go home and call! I always had a least one child call every year when I taught.

Here is Mr. Todd talking to the children about Kitchen safety. Can you see the dangers in this Kitchen? The toaster is too close to the sink and the pot handle should be turned in!!! OH NO!!!
This was my favorite part! After the children went through the house(trailer) Mr. Todd talked to them about what to do in a fire! He then filled the room up with smoke and the children all crawled to safety out the door! Here is Chase in the smoke!!!
