Chase's teacher Mrs. Johnson only allows birthday treats on Fridays so he was able to have a second celebration for his b-day! I don't think he was to upset about it.
I don't know how long Mrs. Johnson will keep her tradition of Friday celebrations. There were three birthdays this week so the kids got a muffin and then two cupcakes. Talk about a sugar high! The kids were bouncing off the walls. I was thankful that there was only about a half hour left in class.
We brought all the kiddos a cupcake with a mustache on top and then some apple juice and of course I had to bring mustache straws! I think the kids really enjoyed it. They kept telling Chase that it was "so cool".
I also sent little goodie bags with these self adhesive mustaches and then a mustache sucker. I also had a sticker made that said, There is no disguising it, Chase is turning 6!" They all looked so stinkin cute with their mustaches.
