Disneyland started a new Pirates League in New Orleans Square where you and your kiddos can become a pirate. It started Sept. 1st and is running through Halloween. Of course we had to turn Chase into a pirate. You can either become Jake for Jake and the Neverland Pirates or a first mate.
Chase picked Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Which is a cartoon on Disney Jr.
Let me tell you, it was a blast. Chase loved every minute of it. You read a Pirates oath and then learn how to fight like a pirate. The deal comes with the hair, makeup, sash, sword, gold coin necklace and a satchel to hold treasure.
The only complaint is that the makeup stays on all day. Which probably is a good thing, it just made for some awkward pictures the rest of the day. He took his hair off which left him with crazy eyebrows.
