We headed to the farm today for the first field trip of the year! We had a great time! Got dirty,saw some animals and smelled the fresh (stinky) country air!
Two other classes joined us so there were plenty of kids to enjoy the farm with. Here they are all lined up ready to see the animals.
The farm had all sorts of great animals! Chickens,turkeys,goats,pigs,horses,sheep,cows and even a lama.
This little goat was so cute! He must of been extra hungry cause he climbed right in the feed bowl.
They also got to go on a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch where they learned about growing pumpkins.
After we were finished learning all about the animals and plants on the farm we got to play! Chase had so much fun and boy did he get dirty!!!
What a fantastic fall day!
